Who we are

This Privacy Policy is published by Neurosapio Consultancy (FZE), a Free Zone Establishment (single-owner limited liability entity) registered under license No. 10936 with the Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP) Free Zone Authority, whose registered office is located at: SRTIP, Block B – B55-006, Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, represented by its owner/manager Hafida Akanour Ep El Mazouni (hereinafter "Numeraya", "we"), operating the Numeraya / Les 3 Sagesses brand. Data we collect

As part of our numerology consultation services, we collect:

  • Identification data: first name, last name, date of birth, gender -required to calculate your Pythagorean, isopsephic and Kabbalistic profile.
  • Contact details: email address, phone number (optional).
  • Order and payment data: purchase history, amount, payment method -bank details are processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe) and are never stored by us.
  • Connection and browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Content you voluntarily share with us: email exchanges, contact form, additional details for your analysis.

Purposes of processing

Your data is processed to:

  • Establish, calculate and deliver your consultation report (My Life Portrait, The 3 Wisdoms, Our Path Together).
  • Manage your order, invoicing and payment.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • Send you, with your prior consent, marketing communications -you may unsubscribe at any time.
  • Improve our services and ensure the security of our site.
  • Comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

Legal basis for processing

  • Contract performance: order processing and delivery of reports.
  • Consent: marketing communications, non-essential cookies.
  • Legitimate interest: service improvement, fraud prevention, security.
  • Legal obligation: retention of accounting and tax records applicable in the Sharjah free zone.

Recipients of your data

Your data may be shared, strictly to the extent necessary, with the following categories of recipients:

  • Payment provider: Stripe.
  • Email and analytics tools, where applicable.
  • Competent administrative or judicial authorities, upon lawful request. Numeraya does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

International data transfers

As Neurosapio Consultancy (FZE) is registered in Sharjah (United Arab Emirates) and serves an international clientele, your data may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. For individuals residing in the European Union, we are committed to ensuring an adequate level of protection consistent with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including through standard contractual clauses with our processors, where applicable.

Retention period

  • Order-related data: for the duration necessary to the service, then archived in accordance with applicable accounting obligations (generally a minimum of 5 years).
  • Marketing prospecting data: until unsubscription or 3 years from the last contact.

Your rights

Subject to the law applicable to your situation (in particular the GDPR if you reside in the EU), you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your data.
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure ('right to be forgotten'), within the limits provided by law.

  • Right to data portability.
  • Right to object, in particular to direct marketing.

We commit to responding within 7 business days, and in any event within the timeframe required by applicable regulations (1 month under the GDPR). If you reside in the European Union, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in France: the CNIL).

Data security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of exchanges (HTTPS/SSL) and restricted access to personal data.

Minors

Our services are not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect data concerning individuals under 18 years of age without the consent of a legal guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. The version in force is the one published on our website, with its last update date.
