Purpose and scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Neurosapio Consultancy (FZE), a Free Zone Establishment registered under license No. 10936 with the Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP) Free Zone Authority, whose registered office is located at SRTIP, Block B – B55-006, Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (hereinafter "Numeraya", "we"), and any person wishing to purchase one of the numerology consultation services offered under the Numeraya / Les 3 Sagesses brand. Any order placed on the website constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

Nature of the service

Numeraya offers self-knowledge and personal development services based on the cross-analysis of several numerological traditions (Pythagorean numerology, Eastern isopsephy, Hebrew isopsephy/Gematria). These services are a tool for personal reflection and development. They do not constitute in any way:

• A guaranteed prediction of the future, nor a divinatory practice.
• Medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
• A substitute for professional support (doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial advisor). The Client acknowledges that the report's conclusions are provided as personal insight only, and that the Client retains full responsibility for any decisions made on that basis.

Personal profile and career orientation - approximately 7 pages - delivered within 48h after receipt of complete information.

The 3 Wisdoms (flagship offer)

Cross-analysis of the three traditions and professional strategy - approximately 11 pages - delivered within 72h after receipt of complete information.

Our Path Together

Couple compatibility analysis - approximately 20 pages - delivered within 72h after receipt of complete information. Prices in effect are those displayed on the website at the time of order, expressed in EUR, inclusive of applicable taxes where relevant.

Order

Orders are placed online on our website. The Client provides the information strictly necessary to calculate the analysis: full name (in Arabic script where applicable), date of birth, gender, and for the couple offer, the same information for the second member of the couple. The Client guarantees the accuracy of the information provided. Numeraya cannot be held liable for any error in the report resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the Client.

Price and payment

Payment is made in full at the time of order, via the available payment method (Stripe). The order is confirmed, and work begins, only after payment has been validated.

Delivery

The report is delivered electronically (PDF and/or Word file) to the email address provided by the Client, within the timeframes indicated in Article 3, starting from receipt of all information necessary for the calculation. In the event of significant delay attributable to Numeraya, the Client will be informed and may request a goodwill gesture or, failing delivery, a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

The terms of withdrawal and refund, taking into account the personalized and intangible nature of the service, are detailed in our Refund and Withdrawal Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The delivered report is intended for the Client's strictly personal use. Any reproduction, resale, public distribution or commercial exploitation of the report, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without Numeraya's prior written consent. The methodology, analysis grids, correspondence tables and all content, structures and visual elements specific to Numeraya remain the exclusive property of Neurosapio Consultancy (FZE).

Limitation of liability

Numeraya undertakes to exercise reasonable care in preparing each report. However, as this is a personal development tool and not an exact science nor regulated professional advice, Numeraya does not guarantee any outcome, decision or result related to the Client's use of the report. Numeraya's liability, if engaged, is in any event limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the service concerned.

Personal data

The processing of the Client's personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Complaints

Any complaint may be addressed to contact@numeraya.com. We commit to responding within 7 business days.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah and, more broadly, the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable at the Client's place of residence where the Client resides in the European Union. Any dispute will, where possible, be settled amicably before any litigation. Failing that, the competent courts will be those determined in accordance with the rules of the SRTIP Free Zone / the United Arab Emirates, subject to the mandatory rights of European consumers.

Miscellaneous

Should any clause of these Terms be declared void or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect. Numeraya reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; the applicable version is the one in force at the time of the order.
